I identified and correctly predicted the growth of the rental home furnishings market in major US metro markets, including San Francisco. As a solo founder, I grew the company from concept to early revenues, tripling revenue relative to invested capital in the first 2 years.

Technical Execution

I personally built all tech product infrastructure (front-end and back-end) that supported warehousing, design, logistics, inventory, supply chain, and payment management.

Logistics Automation

Developed custom logistics software and an automation engine to provide instant quoting to customers. This improved quote speed from 24-48 hours down to under 5 minutes. Instant quoting and the addition of e-commerce workflows led to a 10x increase in conversion and significantly better user experience compared to manual methods.
