Varsidee was built to capture the growing non-resume candidate assessment market. We developed a platform for hiring managers to manage 'Tryout-based' hiring, moving beyond static resumes to actual skill demonstration.

Product Leadership

I led the product team through the entire lifecycle: development of concept, prototype, and early customer acquisition phase. We successfully grew the product from concept to initial customer usage, success, and revenues.
